Starting from Orion on the left and moving toward Sagitarrius on the lower right , among other objects visible in the above mosaic are: The Orion Nebula, Barnard's Loop, Sharpless 2-264 (the ET Nebula? -;) ), The Hyades and Pleaides star clusters, IC 405 (the Flaming Star Nebula) and it's neighbor IC 410, The California Nebula, The Heart & Soul Nebulae, The Double Cluster, nebulae NGC 7822, Cederblad 214 (Sharpless 2-171), and IC 1396, The North American Nebula, IC 1318 (the nebulosity around the star Sadr in Cygnus), The Veil Nebula supernova remnant, The Coathanger and M11 star clusters, nebulae NGC 6604, The Eagle (M16) and The Omega (M17) nebulae, star clusters M23, M24, M25 and M22, and the Trifid (M8) and Lagoon (M20) nebulae
