The large crater in the upper centre is Plato - 104km in diameter. Just east of Plato is the wide canyon Vallis Alpes. It's 143km long and a maximum of 10km wide. There is a 700m wide rille on the floor which just shows up in this image at the north east end. More detail of the rille can be seen in this close crop and enhanced view. The prominent peeks south west of Plato are Montes Teneriffe which stands 1450m high. West of these is another mountain, Montes Recti standing 1800m. The two craters in the northern part of Mare Imbrium are Helicon and Le Verrier at 26km and 20km in diameter. The huge crater to the west is Sinus Iridum measuring 411km across.
The resolution is about 500m/pixel.
