Bullialdus 10.48days. Taken on 2012-04-01
The prominent crater in the upper left is Bullialdus - a 63km diameter crater in the south west area of Mare Nubium. The larger 100km crater to south east, lying on the edge of the Marea, is Piatatus. One of the more interesting features of this area is Rupes Recta - a fault line rising 300m and 114km long. Its situated on the far east and centre of the image. Another note worthy feature is a series of 3 "S" shaped rilles running through Agatharchides P which is directly west of Bullialdus. To the bottom of the image is a trench that runs from just below Merator to the top of Hesiodus.
