NASA Tests Parachutes for New Deep Space Capsule | NASA & Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle | Deep-Space Exploration | Space.com: NASA conducted tests of the parachutes for its next crewed spaceship, a capsule called the Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle. The spacecraft will eventually carry astronauts to deep-space destinations such as asteroids or Mars.
