PSN J12304185+4137498 in NGC4490

This object is believed to be a bright nova instead of a subluminous supernova.

The two galaxies (NGC 4490 near middle and NGC 4485 above it) are together known as Arp 269.

Comparison stars are V magnitudes derived from SDSS data.
SDSS J123013.57+413558.9 = 15.62
SDSS J123102.11+413532.1 =16.50
